We want to make sure the Event Pros On The Go Retreat is the right fit for you and that there is a realatively balanced group of planners of all experience levels.

CASTLES
What’s a retreat without exploring? Not only are we getting cozy in our own castle, we are exploring castles in Edinburgh and East Lothian and seeing highland cows, tartan prints, and bagpipers along the way in private transportation. We can easily imagine you holding your next event, meeting or incentive in a castle! Can you?
COLLABORATIONS
We are scheduling intentional time to learn from each other in addition to the Scottish experience. We will have fun and structured sessions like speed networking, ideas exchange, partnership pitching, and more so that you walk away from the retreat with new professional partnerships. This has been a huge success at all of our retreats!

You may find yourself in the Library or Great Room with a coffee (or a Scottish whiskey) in one hand and a notebook and pen in the other. We want you to come with one thing to create to grow your career or business- it could be a proposal, a keynote speech or something else. This is your time to create something with the help of others.

The details
This retreat is divided into two parts - 3 nights in Edinburgh & 3 nights in East Lothian in an exclusive hire of a castle. The retreat is nearly all-inclusive. There are 11 spots avialable. You will have the option of shared or private accommodation.
The agenda below is subject to change, but be assured that all things included in your investment will still be included at some point during the retreat. In the event an activity is cancelled, it will be substituted with a different one of equal value and length. A more detailed agenda will be sent to attendees closer to the retreat kickoff.
This retreat will be the full Scottish experience combined with events! Imagine having productive and collaborative conversations in castles, wearing tartan, and listening to bagpipers. When we are together, conversations will be structured, constructive and contribute towards the purpose of the retreat whilst still having fun!
Edinburgh
❄️ January 4: On the arrival day, you will check-in to your historic luxury accommodation. We will meet at the Christmas market (its final weekend!) and have a group dinner and get to know everyone.
👣 January 5: Have breakfast at the hotel before we have a group activity and a group lunch. Dinner will be on your own to give you time to take in sights or have some alone time. We want everyone to the have time and space they need to function at their best.
🍽️ January 6: Have breakfast at the hotel before a private castle visit, lunch and group activity. Choose what you do during the day whether that is alone or in self-organized groups to see the magical city as you wish. Dinner will be on your own.
🏰 January 7: We will have private transportation and have a castle tour during the day, visit a distillery, lunch and an unforgettable dinner experience before arriving at our next destination - our own castle!
east lothian
🏰 January 7: Once we arrive, you do not have to worry about any meals or take out your wallet. We are hunkering down in slippers and cozy PJs. Our castle has its own bar which will be stocked and ready for our arrival.
🍵 January 8: Breakfast will be prepared by the in-house chef, and this is a day of collaboration. We will have fun activities that focus on building relationships and partners with each other. Dinner will be prepared by the in-house chef and served in the Dining Room.
📓 January 9: Similar to the day before, the chef will be in-house. This is a day to get a project done. That could be making a portfolio, website, proposal, a podcast plan, a keynote speech, etc. Use the group for guidance and feedback along the way.
💼 January 10: We will have one more breakfast before heading back to Edinburgh in private transporation! Head home, extend your stay, you decide. Being very familiar with Scotland, your co-hosts can offer recommendations.
