What’s a retreat without exploring and having fun? Not only are we retreating, we are doing camp experiences. Did you ever get the chance when you were younger? Get ready for electives like hiking, swimming, sports, mountain biking, creative workshops, and more. Spend time bonding with and learning from others in the great outdoors instead of a meeting room.
collaboration
We are scheduling intentional time to learn from each other in addition to a camp like experience. We will have fun and structured sessions like speed networking, ideas exchange, partnership pitching, and more so that you walk away from the retreat with new professional partnerships. This has been a huge success at all of our retreats and is especially important for event pros who steer the ship!

At Camp, you learn about yourself, grow confidence, build trust, and develop lifelong skills. That sounds a lot like what CEOs and senior leaders need. Being at the top can feel isolating, and you can connect with others experiencing the same things as you. The details
This retreat is divided into two parts - 2 nights in Quebec City & 4 nights in Club Med Charlevoix. The retreat is all-inclusive. There are 20 spots avialable. You will have private accommodation.
The agenda below is subject to change, but be assured that all things included in your investment will still be included at some point during the retreat. In the event an activity is cancelled, it will be substituted with a different one of equal value and length. A more detailed agenda will be sent to attendees closer to the retreat kickoff.
This retreat will be an adult camp style with a twist! Imagine having productive and collaborative conversations surrounded by nature and doing camp style activities in an all exclusive resort. When we are together, conversations will be structured, constructive and contribute towards the purpose of the retreat whilst still having fun!

👋🏼 June 8: On the arrival day, you will check-in to your historic luxury accommodation. We will meet for a group dinner or cocktail and get to know everyone.
👣 June 9: Have breakfast at the hotel before we have a tour of the city and a picnic. We will give you some time to explore Quebec City and have dinner together later in the evening.
🧺 June 10: Have breakfast at the hotel before we head off to our next destination. On the way we will experience a flavour trail, Montmorency Falls Park, and have lunch on the way to Club Med Charlevoix in private transportation. In the evening we will have a fireside style chat.

🎨 June 11: We will have camp style electives during the day and a gathering in the evening with Club Med. The day will include activities and conversations related to leadership, confidence and CEO mindset. Electives could be things like a French language lesson or bike rides.
🚲 June 12: After breakfast, we will do a mindset and yoga morning followed by a camp elective in the. In the afternoon, it’s time to head outdoors for an outdoor activity before a fireside chat in the evening! Perhaps it is a good day to have a painting workshop and a hike!
🍽️ June 13: A trust session and camp electives will start in the late morning and early afternoon. You could do an activity like mountain biking or kayaking this day. We will head offsite for one last dinner together.
💼 June 14: We will have one more breakfast before heading back to Quebec City in private transporation! Head home, extend your stay, you decide.
